We hope you enjoy your new purchase, and we are grateful for your business. All fabrikade products go through quality checks to make sure they are in good condition before the products are delivered to you. Please note that by purchasing goods from fabrikade, you have agreed to the following terms.

We can only accept exchange request if the product/s received was not what you have placed order for or does not fit. In such cases, you can exchange for another piece (subject to availability) by notifying us within 30 days from the delivery date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. We accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached. Wrap your clothing up nicely - remember that if it's damaged on its way to us we can't offer you a refund.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by the customer.

Please email us at Contact Us stating clearly your Invoice Number, the Item Code and reasons for exchange or return.
