louis vuitton sues designer over darfur t-shirt

Designer/Artist Nadia Plesner started her Simple Living campaign to raise awareness of the ongoing genocide in Darfur and to raise money for the helping organization “Divest for Darfur”.
My thought was: Since doing nothing but wearing designerbags and small ugly dogs appearantly is enough to get you on a magasine cover, maybe it is worth a try for people who actually deserves and needs attention.
Louis Vuitton took offense at the design as one of their products is being portrayed in the art piece and filed lawsuit. On closer look, it looks identical but the letterings are not of LV.
